It all started when three friends were working together on various projects. Amidst the heavy workload and pressure, one of them suddenly began experiencing severe brain fog and overwhelming stress. Worried about his health, they started looking around, consulting doctors, and searching online for professional counseling and support.
But they quickly hit a wall: the available options were either completely unaffordable, or they felt too clinical and distant, leaving no safe space to truly open up and speak one's mind without judgment.
Realizing how broken and inaccessible the system felt when someone needed help the most, the three friends sat down and had deep discussions. With the guidance and support of a professional, they decided that instead of waiting for someone else to fix the system, they would build the solution themselves.
That turning point gave birth to Mann Wellness — a platform created by friends who truly understand what it feels like to be overwhelmed. Today, Mann Wellness stands as a safe, affordable, and deeply empathetic digital space where anyone can access professional online therapy, heal at their own pace, and find a trusted companion on their journey to mental and emotional well-being.

With a background in B.Tech Mechatronics and extensive experience as an Online Team Manager at an educational institute, Ramil was no stranger to handling complex systems and teams. However, amidst heavy workloads and constant pressure, he experienced severe brain fog and overwhelming stress. When he tried to look for professional help online, he hit a wall: options were unaffordable and felt too clinical to truly open up. Instead of accepting a broken system, he decided to build the sanctuary he desperately needed. Teaming up with his close friend Harshad, Ramil turned his personal struggle into Mann Wellness — a safe, accessible, and deeply empathetic online mental health platform designed so that no one ever has to feel unheard or alone.
